Edie Carey with Harbor Collective - April 3rd, 2009

| 8:00 pm |
Edie Carey returns! Edie was the first artist to perform at Little Apple House Concerts and we couldn’t be happier to have her back on April 3rd, 2009 at 8:00PM!
Boston-based singer-songwriter Edie Carey is known for her unmistakable honeyed voice, her intelligent, heart-grabbing songs, but perhaps most especially for her warm, engaging presence on - and off - stage. As much a part of her show as the music itself, Edie’s wry and often self-mocking humor makes audiences feel as though they have just spent an evening with a very close friend. (EdieCarey.com / MySpace)
Newly-formed americana band Harbor Collective, led by Brianna Lane and Cahalen David Morrison will be opening the show, performing a mash of tunes; originals, covers, and traditionals, mostly from the old-time, blues, and country traditions. These two nearly-veteran songwriters will not disappoint. (MySpace)
The suggested donation for this show is $15. The music will start at 8:00.

Hi Edie, I just received your e-mail regarding your concert tomorrow night. I am so sorry I am unable to attend. I have a ticket to see the James Sewell Ballet at O’Schaunessy Auditorium tomorrow. Had I known earlier I would have opted to go to James Sewell another night. Thanks for the invitation and thanks for keeping in touch. I hope all goes well. If you have a chance let me know what the big news is. I am curious.
